For such a large (more than 200 homesites, most of them developed) and established (more than 40 years) community, the current inventory of active listings in Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis is surprisingly homogenous.

- Ironically, the only residential property on this list that includes much more than one acre of land is the least expensive. - The most expensive offering in Golf & Tennis is a 4-bed, 4-bath, 3,721-square-foot home listed at $2.675 million. Built in 2007 this is still advertised as “new” and has been on the market for 280 days without a price reduction. However, it was first listed in August 2008 for $3.35 million.
- There is just one of the very popular “cabins” built in the last five years available. The 3-bed, 3-bath, 2,057-square-foot home is listed at $1.295 million and has been on the market for 52 days. Smaller than average size and acreage (0.22 acres) for this area, but very nice and ideally located.
- The largest available home in Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis is also the listing that has been on the market the longest and was one of the first built in this subdivision. This 4-bed, 3-bath, 4,548-square-foot home, originally built in 1966 and remodeled in 2004, is listed at $1.525 million with no price reductions after 688 days on market. Ideally located along 18th fairway with tons of adjacent open space.
