Today’s Jackson Hole real estate activity:

  • NEW: Cottonwood Flats 2-bed, 1,108-square-foot, 1-car garage townhouse, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $530,000.
  • NEW: West Bank 600-square-foot office/retail space in a 2,500-square-foot building, listed by Christian Andersen Realty for $395,000.
  • PENDING: Streamside 2-bed, 812-square-foot townhouse built in 1989 after 343 days on market, listed by RE/MAX Obsidian Real Estate for $389,000.
  • CLOSED: Town of Jackson Class A+ office condominium including 2,076 square feet after 82 days on market, listed by Contour Investment Properties for $1.64 million.
  • PRICE REDUCED: By $500,000, a Snake River Sporting Club 35-acre building site after 214 days on market, now $1.495 million, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates.
