Today’s Jackson Hole Hotsheet Highlights: 3.1.18

March is exploding in Jackson Hole with a huge storm pounding the mountain and a weekend full of snow on the way. This picture was taken on a much clearer day in 1997, when it was necessary to clear a path for the tram to reach the summit of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Today’s Jackson Hole real estate activity:

  • NEW: Cottonwood Park 3-bed, 2,150-square-foot home on .18 acres built in 1990 with 1-car garage, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $869,000.
  • PENDING: Downtown Jackson .17-acre property that includes Sweetwater Restaurant and King Sushi after 148 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $2.2 million.
  • CLOSED: Aspens 1-bed, 735-square-feet condo built in 1973 after 80 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $445,000.
  • CLOSED: Spring Creek Ranch 2-bed, 1,190-square-foot condo built in 1989 after 30 days on market, listed by Century 21 Jackson Hole for $715,000.
  • CLOSED: Wilson 2-bed home on .37 acres built in 1984 after 223 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $849,000.
  • CLOSED: Snake River Lodge & Spa 3-bed, 1,804-square-foot condo built in 2002 after 50 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $1.249 million.
  • CLOSED: Melody Ranch 4-bed, 3,377-square-foot home on .3 acres after 195 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates for $1.295 million.
  • PRICE REDUCED: West Bank home off Moose-Wilson home currently under construction with 3 beds, 1,949 square feet with a 3-car garage and guesthouse, reduced from $1.275 million to $1.225 million after 284 days on market.
