The Aerial Tram at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort resumed flights on Saturday, serving skiers and sightseers.

  • NEW: Ponderosa Village 2-bed, 644-square-foot condo built in 1976, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $335,000.
  • NEW: Hansen Meadows 1-bed, 594-square-foot condo built in 1989 (kind of) with deck, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $365,000.
  • NEW: Victor, Idaho, 2-bed, 1,677-square-foot home built in 2008 and 1,440-square-foot shop on 8.29 horse-friendly acres, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $649,000.
  • NEW: Town of Jackson 3-bed, 2,457-square-foot home built in 1951 on a third of an acre near Snow King, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $1.595 million.
  • PENDING: Ponderosa Village 2-bed, 644-square-foot condo built in 1976, remodeled in 2019, after 3 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $385,000.
  • PENDING: Elk Run 3-bed, 1,614-square-foot townhouse with 2-car garage after 208 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $725,000.
  • PENDING: Town of Jackson duplex with a total of 4 beds, 1,800 square feet built in 1978 after 4 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $789,000.
  • PENDING: Wilson 2-bed, 1,008-square-foot home built in 1964 on .92 acres after 42 days on market, listed by Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty for $1.195 million.
